ALEXANDRIA VIRGINIA CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY CASE RESULT: Repeat offender charged with misdemeanor Driving Without a License and a related infraction due to a car accident. The infraction was dismissed and the misdemeanor charge was amended to an infraction with a $10 fine, no license suspension and no jail time, notwithstanding a full criminal record.
