Pricing and Legal Fees for Felony and Misdemeanor Charges

We have a flat-rate system for all legal fees. We accept credit cards, cashiers checks, and money orders.

The legal fee for any given case is determined up-front. It encompasses the nature of the charge, the amount of witnesses involved, the nature of the motions and other court documents we will need to file, the amount of anticipated preparation time and courtroom time, and other such factors.

Certain common misdemeanor offenses, such as DUI, Reckless Driving, or Possession of Marijuana have set fees.

Fees for most felony offenses are determined based on review of the particular case.

We do not have any hidden fees. Our clients are notified of all fees and costs prior to retaining.

Please call us to inquire about legal fees for your particular case.

How do I find a lawyer? How do I choose a lawyer? Q&A

Q. What should I look for when choosing a lawyer?
A. The lawyer will be helping you solve your problems, so the first qualification is that you must feel comfortable enough to tell him or her, honestly and completely, all the facts necessary to resolve your problem. No one you listen to and nothing you read will be able to guarantee that a particular lawyer will be the best for you; you must judge that for yourself.

Q. How do I find the best lawyer for my case?
A. There are many ways to find a reliable lawyer. One of the best is a recommendation from a trusted friend, relative, or business associate. Be aware, however, that each legal case is different and that a lawyer who is right for someone else may not suit you or your legal problem.

Q. How do I know if the lawyer cares about my case?
A. Pay particular attention to the personal chemistry between you and your lawyer. No matter how experienced and well-recommended a lawyer is, if you feel uncomfortable with that person during your first meeting or two, you may never achieve an ideal lawyer-client relationship. Trust your instincts and seek a lawyer whose personality is compatible with your own. Look also for experience, personal rapport, and accessibility.

Q. Will a lawyer return my calls and respond to me?
A. You want a lawyer who will work hard on your behalf and follow through promptly on all assignments.

Q. How much does it cost to hire an attorney?
A. Attorney fees are based on a combination of their experience and your particular legal issue. Criminal defense attorneys commonly offer flat fee services. Attorney fees are due upfront in order to retain a lawyer to represent you. Attorneys accept cash, credit cards, and certified funds.
