“Marina is a fearless and fearsome attorney. We navigated an extremely difficult case that lasted over 3 years against the most infamously stacked court systems in the country: the DC Federal District. As an attorney she stood by while I suffered withering public attacks against my character, going above and beyond our original contract in defending me not just in the legal courtroom but in the courtroom of public opinion as well. Even when my own resolve was flagging, Marina NEVER LET UP! She defended me with more ferocity than I would’ve defended myself! One of the greatest traits of her work is that she keeps the prosecution on the back foot. She doesn’t wait for them to respond to her motions, but has the response to their response ready to go as soon as those federal prosecutors put down their pumpkin spice lattes long enough to show up to work.
