FAIRFAX VIRGINIA CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY CASE RESULT:

Felony Grand Larceny charge (VA Code 18.2-95) for shoplifting from a high end a department store was REDUCED and AMENDED to Trespass. Penalty consisted of a $250 fine and 6 days in jail. Client was able to continue with naturalization process to become a US citizen.
