CRIMINAL DEFENSE ATTORNEY CASE RESULT:
A US citizen with prior criminal convictions was held without bond on a Felony charge of Strangulation with Injury (VA Law 18.2-51.6) and a misdemeanor charge of Domestic Assault, in Fairfax, Virginia. Defense counsel’s bond motion was granted and the accused was released pending trial. All charges were later DROPPED for insufficient evidence, thanks to counsel arguments.
