Client was charged with two DUI and DWI misdemeanors and a citation for running a stop sign in the Pentagon area. Plea deal resulted in a plea to one charge with the DISMISSAL of all other charges. Penalties were reduced from the usual first offender DWI penalties and included only a fine, alcohol classes, and probation. Restricted driver’s license was permitted without having to install an ignition interlock device.
