Retaining Attorney Representation

Virginia state and Federal Courts

You will first need to email or call us to discuss your case and our availability to take you on as a client.

If a lawyer accepts your case, you will need to complete two steps in order to retain the attorney’s representation services:

1) Sign/complete the Retainer Agreement. (You can email it back to us as a PDF file attachment.)

2) Complete retainer payment. You can pay via:

    • wire transfer,
    • credit card, or,
    • mail a cashier’s check to our office, though confirmation of retainer may take over a week as we wait for the check to clear.

Retainer of representation can be completed entirely digitally.

Once we receive your payment and the signed Retainer Agreement, we will provide confirmation that the Attorney’s services have been successfully retained. We can also answer any questions you may have or provide further information.
