Alexandria, Virginia: Three Federal Felony charges in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia – including charges for failure to comply with reporting requirements and for false statements to police officers – sentenced to only 12 months of probation, with a special condition of 6 months of home confinement with time outs for work, school, religious self and family activities. No jail time and no fine. This is an outstanding result in the Federal jurisdiction.
