Fairfax County, Virginia: Client’s 3rd class 1 misdemeanor DWI / DUI Drunk Driving (VA Code 18.2-266) charge with a BAC level of .14 – following a car accident – results in a conviction for a DUI charged as a first offense. Client received standard first offender treatment. Client’s fine was $250 and he has to attend ASAP classes. No active jail time.
