NORTHERN VIRGINIA: Misdemeanor petit larceny shoplifting / concealing charge (VA Code 18.2-103 and 18.2-96) was AMENDED to a Trespassing charge, and the amended charge will be DISMISSED after 12 months of good behavior and completion of 35 hours of community service.
