ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA: Class 4 Misdemeanor Drunk in Public Charge (VA Code 18.2-388) was appealed to the Circuit court after client represented himself at the trial in General District Court and lost. The new result is that the charge will be DISMISSED after 12 months of good behavior and completion of community service.

Fairfax, Virginia: Over 100 possible white collar felonies and check fraud felony charges were negotiated prior to the warrant process into a single count of a Felony Embezzlement (Va. Code 18.2-111). Restitution was negotiated at a fraction of the full amount taken with a contract to prevent civil lawsuit on additionally owed amounts. Additional negotiations resulted in NO ACTIVE JAIL TIME.
