Prince William, Virginia: Class 1 Misdemeanor charge for underage Possession of Alcohol by a minor (VA Code 4.1-305) was REDUCED to Class 4 Misdemeanor Drinking in Public (VA Code 4.1-308) which will be DISMISSED after two months and completion of 20 hours of community service.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VIRGINIA: Misdemeanor Possession of Open Container in Vehicle (VA Code 18.2-323.1) was DROPPED at the first court appearance. Related Underage Possession of Alcohol by Minor misdemeanor charge (VA Code 4.1-305) was not pursued.
