ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA: Class 1 Misdemeanor Reckless Driving by speed 77/55  (Virginia Code 46.2-862) was reduced to a 3 point driving infraction – improper driving with a $75 fine. An additional charge of Operating an Uninspected Vehicle was dropped.
