FAIRFAX COUNTY, VIRGINIA: Juvenile client was charged with Felony Grand Larceny (VA Code 18.2-95) and Class 1 Misdemeanor Petit Larceny (VA Code 18.2-96). Charges will be DIVERTED and thus DISMISSED before they can be entered into the criminal system, and so the client is able to keep a clean record. Conditions of diversion are completion of 25 hours of community service and a victim impact class in a 3 month timespan.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VIRGINIA: After being found Guilty in General District Court of Class 1 Misdemeanor Petit Larceny (VA Code 18.2-96) while represented by another law firm, the clients appealed their case to Circuit Court and hired Marina Medvin. The charge was promptly DROPPED by the government on appeal.
